*Deep Tissue massage involves slower strokes with a more intense, localized pressure applied to the deeper tissue layers of the body. Areas of pain and tension are the focus.

*The Marshall Signature massage is a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue tailored to your needs.

*Thai Yoga massage is performed with clients fully clothed in loose, comfortable attire suitable for the deep stretching that will be part of the session. This interactive form of bodywork utilizes pressing, massage and assisted stretching. Practitioners may use their hands, feet, knees, elbows, and legs to facilitate the process.

*Seated massage uses a chair specially designed so that you can sit comfortably. The back, shoulders, arms and neck are the usual focus for seated massage.
